A few days back, when the buzz about Kaanta Laga Girl, Shefali Jariwala entering the Bigg Boss 13 house was creating waves on social media, we broke the news of her SECRET affair in the past with TV actor, Sidharth Shukla. SpotboyE.com busted that Shefali, who is now under the same roof with Sidharth in the controversial house, was dating him, before her wedding to ex-husband, Harmeet Singh of Meet Bros.
This morning, while in conversation with Mumbai Mirror, Shefali put a stamp of approval on our story and accepted that she had something special with Sidharth. Shefali told the tabloid, “Yes, Sidharth and I had a special relationship, but it ended on a cordial note and we haven’t met in years. So, I am not sure what the dynamic will be like between us.”
Well, since all of it happened right before her wedding to Harmeet Singh, we got in touch with the music-composer to know if he knew about the relationship. Harmeet, in his signature happy voice, spoke to us candidly and said, “Yes, Shefali had confided in me about her relationship and break-up with Sidharth Shukla. This was quite close to our wedding. However, I didn’t ask her to elaborate and she also never shared more on it. The only thing she told me was, ‘I am not too fond of him.’”
We wondered if he didn’t ask anything further about his to-be-wife, of that time and Harmeet quips, “I don’t get into anyone’s personal life. I live a stress-free life.”
Surprisingly, Harmeet knew Sidharth even before he met Shefali. “Sidharth is a dear friend. I knew him before I met Shefali. But I never asked him anything about their relationship. It becomes a gossip then and I am not interested in that,” added Harmeet.
Ask him if there was no discomfort between Sidharth and him after he came to know about it, Harmeet said, “Not at all. I am a spiritual person. These things don’t affect me.”
As we concluded our candid chat with Harmeet, we asked who will he be rooting for, and the singer instantly replied, “Shefali, any day.”
